Terms of Service

These terms describe how Breville provides website information, sourcing communication and preliminary appliance program guidance to business visitors. The pages on this site are intended for B2B evaluation only. They do not create a purchase contract, exclusive territory agreement, engineering warranty or certification guarantee unless Breville and the buyer sign a separate written agreement.

Use of Information

Product descriptions, engineering notes, certifications and lead-time references are general planning information. Actual scope depends on target market, product configuration, order quantity, component availability, lab testing, artwork approval and final commercial terms. Buyers should not rely on public website text as a substitute for a formal quotation, specification sheet, compliance file or signed quality agreement.

RFQ and Communication

When you submit an inquiry, you agree that Breville may review the information, route it to engineering, compliance or program staff, and respond with questions or assumptions. Submitting a form does not obligate either party to buy, sell, reserve capacity or disclose confidential information. If confidential technical details are needed, both parties should execute an NDA before exchanging restricted drawings, BOM details or customer-specific launch plans.

Limitations

Breville works to keep information accurate, but appliance regulations, component supply and market requirements change. We may update website content without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breville is not responsible for indirect loss resulting from reliance on preliminary website information without formal engineering confirmation.

Program Documents

Any formal appliance program should be governed by signed commercial documents, including quotation, specification sheet, quality agreement, inspection standard, sample approval record, certification responsibility matrix and shipment terms. If a website paragraph, email note or early RFQ response conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Buyers are responsible for confirming that imported products, labels, manuals and claims satisfy the laws and retail requirements of the destination market.

Intellectual Property and Samples

Brand names, drawings, packaging artwork and customer-specific product concepts remain subject to the ownership and confidentiality terms agreed by the parties. Breville may provide sample units for evaluation, but samples are not a promise that mass production will be identical unless the final approved specification, material list, firmware version and quality limit sample are documented. Tooling, mold changes and custom development are handled under separate written terms.
